Our builder, Jim Wardley II is a Past President of the HBA of Greater Knoxville, a second-generation builder, has built homes for over 20 years and has worked on them, on his father's jobsites, since childhood. Jim and Teresa are both native to Knoxville, born and raised. Jim hails from Farragut while Teresa went to Bearden and graduated from UT with a degree in Art History.
